Sean's New York connection goes back to 1984, his senior year of high school. Here he is in 1985 with Black Hour at the Getaway, now New World Home Cooking, in Saugerties, New York. Left to right Ray Kim, piano; Lane Stowe, trombone; Stacey Waterous, saxophone; George Matthews, drums; Sean; and Eric Kirk on percussion. Lane, Ray, Stacey, and George work as professional musicians to this day.
